Getting Refunds/Logging Complaints

If you have had a bad experience with iBe and/or the businesses on there, there are several ways you can let the team know and resolve the situation. You can contact support through the app in the Settings menu, through the iBe website ( on the contact page or through the live chat, or by emailing directly. You can do this in case of:

  • Complaints about the app
  • Refund requests
  • Delivery Enquiries (Orders not turning up etc.)
  • Click & Collect Enquiries
  • Technical Issues


The iBe team will then attempt to rectify the situation with the you directly, and contact the business in the case of any extra information needing to be provided.


Things the iBe team do not cover, and would need to be dealt with the business directly:

  • Complaints with items/food
  • General complaints about venues
