Handling Refunds/Complaints

In the case of an unhappy customer, you, as a business, are able to pass the customer on to iBe Support to solve the issue. You can ask them to contact support through the app in the Settings menu, through the iBe website (ibeloyalty.co.uk) on the contact page or through the live chat, or by emailing support@ibeloyalty.co.uk directly. You can do this in case of:

  • Complaints about the app
  • Refund requests
  • Delivery Enquiries (Orders not turning up etc.)
  • Click & Collect Enquiries
  • Technical Issues

 

The iBe team will then attempt to rectify the situation with the customer directly, and only contact you in the case of any extra information needing to be provided.

 

Things the iBe team do not cover, and would need to be dealt with you directly:

  • Complaints with items/food
  • General complaints about venues
